I just wanna start with a compliment first the majority of employees at King Kong are always nice and friendly. The ice cream is always good! They get my order right every time… however, I have noticed that when a specific employee takes my order at the window my card is charged for what seems to be a tip I did not leave! I enjoy the ice cream and will continue to get my usual but taking a tip on your own is theft! It’s only an issue with the one employee and like I stated everyone else is always super nice and friendly!

a wonderful company with a hands on owner that cares about the community. they serve delicious ice cream and desserts in a variety of ways and even have a drive thru! thank you king kone for supporting our teachers!

Well you can’t walk up and order must be drive thru only. Even though the cashier is sitting right there. So we go to drive thru just to have the mini van in front of us only talking to cashier no order , guessing family / friend. Ice cream wasn’t good either. Never going back sadly

This was a terrible place to get an ice cream. There was no menu to look at. Just some kid walks up to your car. Ask you what you want. Got to the window. My wife handed the kid inside the window her card. He is joking around with a girl at the window inside. Basically throws the credit card back out the window when he was done with it and fell on the ground. My wife had to get out of the car to pick it up. All the while him and the girl laughing about what just happened. Received my banana split in a cup. It was way overpriced. The banana split was tiny. It had a little bit of ice cream in the bottom of the cup, and the whole top half of the cup was just toppings. No way to walk up to a window and order what you want. It was a terrible experience and I will never go back. I will continue to go to Mickey’s on Cherry Hill like I always have.

Had an awesome experience at King Kones! We ordered the Dubai Chocolate Nachos ice cream, absolutely hit the spot 🔥 Then we tried the Dubai Taco, and that was just as amazing!
